How to set up a cafe/coffee shop?
I have worked in catering previously, have a great passion for food, baking and drink.
I keep talking about it and now I have decided to take the plunge and actually do it - I want to open my own cafe/coffee shop.
Can anyone give me any pointers on how to start - what qualifications do I need, how do I find a venue, how do I do forecasts etc etc,

Sounds like you need a business manager. And you definitely need a lawyer to help you incorporate, lease a location, do payroll and collect taxes for your employees, etc. You'll need a business bank account and a line of credit so you can start your business and buy everything you need to operate.
You'll also need proper certificates to serve food, etc.
Your first step is to educate yourself about all aspects of starting and running a business.
